Remove the under dash panel. Locate the brake light switch assembly near the top of the brake pedal and disconnect the switch from the brake pedal by removing the retaining clip. The brake light switch is attached to the brake pedal. Use a small screwdriver to unlock the electrical connector, then unplug the connector from the brake light switch. Use a small screwdriver to disengage the locking tab from the electrical connector. Install the switch to the electrical connector by snapping the clip into place. Reconnect the assembly to the brake pedal. Install the under dash panel. Check the brake lights for proper operation.
