How to install a cabin air filter in Ford Escape?

Not all 2005 and later models were equipped with a cabin air filter from the factory, but one can be installed by following this procedure. 2004 and earlier models do not have the provision for installing cabin air filters. Remove the right-side cowl cover and vent tray. Remove The Cabin Air filter element. Installation Is the reverse of removal.
