How do you remove and replace the master cylinder in your Ford Edge?

First of all, begin by locating the brake master cylinder under the hood of your car. Take out the other parts until you reach the cylinder. Remove fluid from the reservoir. Detach the brake booster check valve and electrical connector. Crack open line fittings and cap line ends. Unfasten the nuts attaching it and gently draw it off.
