I have been trying to find parts for months for my mother‘s van. I went to the dealership and they weren’t even sure which ones after pulling up their schematics, but they did give me some part numbers for what they thought it was and then when they told me what the price was, I had to decline and it was beyond ridiculous I want to see if there was a possibility somebody else might have I found Ford Parts giant I plugged in the numbers that Ford had given me and they showed the parts with a complete description. I knew that I had found the right ones. I bought them. All the cost was 80% less than what the dealer wanted. Parts and parts labeled bags and they fit perfect I will use these guys again and again if you need parts for your vehicle, you should give them a try

Wrong part number recieved

I recieved my exhaust manifold heat shield order. One of them is a completely part number from what was ordered and is for a completely different engine. Customer service wants to charge me for return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee.

First time using these guys and won't be my last.

I was able to get OEM engine parts for my 20 year old Lincoln in less time than the local dealer could even order it at less than 50% of the dealer quoted price. Very fast shipping with tracking information. Highly recommend.

I ordered a truck lock assembly (6E5Z-5443200-D) for my 2006 Mercury Milan Primer V6. Ordered on Dec 2nd 2023, and the order arrived today (Dec 8th 2023). Good value, with the lock costing 64.35 USD and shipping of 11.18. It came with the emergency handle and cable/shroud to the key lock. It was well packaged with heavy paper, bubble wrap, and a box for the part, and a box for the boxed part :). I installed it just now and tested to make sure it's good. Trunk locks and unlocks with key, with emergency handle, with key FOB, and with trunk switch in the front instrument panel. Thanks FordPartsGiant.com, I'll order again soon!

Finding a Long Discontinued Replacement Part

The parking brake mechanism on my 13 year old car became non-operational, It became impossible release the brake.
