How to install a door window regulator on Ford Escape?

Tor assembly through service hole in door frame. Reverse installation. Lubricate rollers and wear points with white grease before installation. Rear: Remove door trim panel and plastic watershield. Lower window glass all the way down. Power window regulator: Disconnect cable from negative battery terminal. Remove screws retaining door window glass. Lift window glass and loop tape over top of door to support glass. Disconnect electrical connector from window regulator motor. Remove regulator/motor assembly mounting bolts. Note: On 2008 and later models, three bolts and two nuts secure regulator and motor. Remove window regulator/motor assembly from door. Reconnect battery. After, PCM must relearn idle and fuel trim strategy for optimum performance. Installation is reverse of removal. Lubricate rollers and wear points with white grease before installation. Manual window regulator: Remove five mounting bolts and nuts. Remove regulator assembly through service hole in door frame. Installation is reverse of removal. Lubricate rollers and wear points with white grease before installation.

Installation is reverse of removal. Lubricate rollers and wear points with white grease before installation.
