How do you remove and install a mirror on Lincoln MKX?

Disengage the sail panel clips and remove the panel by prying it out. For 2015 and later models, the door panel must be removed to access the electrical connectors. Disconnect the electrical connector from the mirror, which includes the mirror electrical connector and the mirror mounting nuts. Remove the mirror mounting nuts and take out the mirror. Installation is the reverse of removal.
