    How to remove and install an accumulator on 2011 and later Ford Mustang? Posted by Customer

    The A/C Accumulator cannot be serviced, only replaced. Have the AC system discharged by a dealer or AC shop. Remove lower splash shield and air deflector. Take out bolt at bottom left of condenser. Pull off A/C Accumulator and remove four O-rings. Install new O-rings and carefully push on A/C Accumulator. Install bolt and tighten. Have system evacuated, recharged, and leak-tested by the shop.
