For halogen headlights on all models except Montego, start by disconnecting the cable from the negative battery terminal. Next, remove the bulb access cover from the back of the headlight. Rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise to release the tabs and pull it out of the housing. Disconnect the electrical connector by raising the tab on it. Installation is the reverse of removal. For Montego models, remove the headlight housing by taking out the six screws and the headlight access cover. Then, rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise and remove it from the housing, followed by disconnecting the electrical connector. Again, installation is the reverse of removal.
