To un-bolt the front bumper cover, you need to un-clamp the radiator grille top and then un-fasten any lug nuts of the front wheels After this, you need to lift the car and then put safe stand on it and then take off the front wheels. Remove the electrical connectors from the fogs simply pulling on the connectors, for 2011+ models remove the airbag impact sensors as well. Next, the inner fender splash shields should be unbolted from the bumper cover by the use of the fasteners and finally the lower fasteners of the bumper cover should also be removed. In the taillight area, remove the pin type fastener and bolt in each upper corner of the rear bumper cover. Lastly, make a second round with a torch to confirm the bumper cover is properly removed, there is no connection from the electrical connectors, and wire harnesses are moved aside before removing the rear bumper cover with help. Removing it involves using a few tools on the bumper cover to loosen the bolts and lift it off the vehicle; installation is the reverse, although the user may need help to put the bumper cover back into position.
