Remove the negative cable from the battery. Remove the bottom radiator hose from the radiator. Get rid of fan/shroud assembly from the radiator. Disconnect the upper and lower hoses and place aside. Remove the front bumper cover. Eliminate the front grille and grille shutter assembly. Take off (if equipped) upper radiator cover. On 2007 and earlier 3.5L V6 engines, take off air filter housing assembly. On 2007 and earlier 3.5L V6 engines, remove a horn assembly. On 2007 and earlier 3.5L V6 models, remove transaxle cooler bracket bolts. Detach the transaxle cooler from retainers and move it aside. Lift up the lower coolant expansion tank hose from the 2008 model or later models onto the radiator. Detach the transaxle cooler hose from the radiator in any 2008 model or later models of this vehicle type. Remove Radiator support bracket mounting bolts. Move the radiator towards the front of the vehicle. Remove the Radiator air dams on each side of the vehicle. Take out the Air conditioning condenser mounting bolts and move the air conditioning condenser aside. Reverse the above procedure for installation.
