If your vehicle has air suspension, turn off the system using the switch in the right kick panel. Inspect the flexible hoses connecting the brake lines to the front and rear brake assemblies every six months. Raise the vehicle on jackstands and check for damage like cracks, leaks, or blisters. Replace any damaged hoses promptly. When disconnecting front brake hoses, unscrew the fittings carefully. Apply penetrating oil if needed. To disconnect rear brake hoses, unscrew the metal tube nut, remove the U-clip, and detach the hose from the bracket. Discard copper washers when disconnecting hoses and use new ones when attaching new hoses. Secure the hose junction bracket for front hoses and tighten the bolt. Reattach rear hoses by inserting the end through the bracket and tightening the tube nut fitting. Ensure no contact with suspension or steering components. Bleed the brake system. Use correct steel brake lines and prefabricated lines with flared tube ends and fittings. Bleed and test the brake system before regular operation.

When disconnecting a front brake hose from the brake lines, carefully unscrew the brake line fittings from the hose junction block, taking care not to bend the junction bracket or kink the lines. If necessary, apply penetrating oil to facilitate the disconnection.
