Also, remove the water pump pulley and oil seal retainer from the rear of the exhaust camshaft. 10. Follow Steps 3 through 7 to remove the front (left side) camshafts, rocker arms, and lash adjusters. Loosen the bearing caps on the front camshafts in the reverse of the tightening sequence.
