    The VSS for the manual transaxle is located on the right rear corner of the transaxle, above the inner CV joint for the right driveaxle. To replace it, follow these steps:- Raise the vehicle and secure it on jackstands.- Remove the engine undercover.- Disconnect the electrical connector from the VSS.- Remove the mounting bolt to take out the old VSS.- When installing the new VSS, remember to discard the old VSS O-ring and use a new one.
