    Q:
What should you do if the starter motor still does not operate after bridging the two large terminals on the relay with a screwdriver for the 2002 Lincoln Navigator? Posted by Customer
    A:
Check for voltage to the relay and inspect the Mega Fuses, main battery fuses, and the cable to the relay. If voltage is present, check for voltage to the starter motor while the ignition key is turned to Start. If voltage is present, replace the starter assembly. If voltage is not present and the relay is fine, trace the wiring between the relay and the starter for an open circuit condition.
