For installing, simply screw the pump into the bracket until the bolts reach the torque value; pulley on VB models should be fitted using the supplied mandrel. Last but not the least, install the pressure as well as return hoses to the pump, follow the same sequence to dismantle undo all connected hoses, reservoir assembly fill the pump reservoir with the outlined fluid and finally eliminate unnecessary air in the system.

Remove the drivebelt from the power steering pulley.

Install the pressure and return hoses to the proper fittings on the pump. Install a new seal on the pressure hose (if equipped with replaceable seals).
