Ford Bronco II Blower Motor

The Blower Motor in Ford Bronco II vehicles is the vehicle component that is used to help regulate air into the cabin, for vehicles with an HVAC system. Through the 'blower motor controls,' the driver is able to control the flow of air to the system making it easier to vary the temperature inside the car. Located and inter-connected with a blower motor control module through wiring, these controls are critical for climate control during driving. But if there is a problem with the electronic module or the wiring, then it is possible to have some problems with functioning - that is, to lose control over the heating and air conditioning. If there is an issue with the blower motor controls, they must be fixed at the earliest as it might hamper the proper functioning of climate control system in the vehicle.

Ford Bronco II Blower Motor Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to remove and install a blower motor in a Ford Bronco II?
A: Take off the negative battery terminal. If needed, take away air cleaner or air inlet duct. Get rid of vacuum reservoir blower assembly. Disconnect the wire harness from the blower motor. Remove the blower motor cooling tube. From the heater blower assembly, remove the blower motor and wheel. Take off the blower wheel from the motor shaft. On the blower motor shaft, put in place a blower wheel. Assemble back together the disconnected wire harness connector and also connect it with its corresponding section which is referred to as the cooling tube of a blow motor by using an effective means of permanent joining like soldering or welding so that it will not get disconnected easily during regular usage even though certain models use either a screw cap or spring clip to hold this pipe in place, while others do not use any attachment mechanism at all since this pipe fits tightly into an opening provided for it in both of these situations. When finished with everything else you may want to check out this vacuum reservoir which we were able to install just before screwing back air cleaner or air inlet duct ensuring everything fits perfectly well into its original position.
