How to remove and install a mirror on Ford Expedition?

Remove the door trim panel and the plastic watershield. Disconnect the electrical connector from the mirror. Peel back the insulator pad, then remove the three mirror retaining nuts and detach the mirror from the vehicle. Installation is the reverse of removal.
