Q: How to install and bleed a clutch master cylinder on Ford F-150?
A: Disconnect the clutch master cylinder pushrod from the clutch pedal. Remove the clutch pedal position switch. Detach the clutch master cylinder reservoir from the firewall. Disconnect the clutch fluid hydraulic line from the transmission and plug it. Rotate the master cylinder to detach it from the firewall. Bleed the clutch master cylinder by filling the reservoir and allowing fluid flow. Install both the master cylinder and fluid reservoir. Connect the clutch pedal position switch and push together again. Reconnect hydraulic line to transmission, fill up reservoir and bleed Clutch system.
