How do you remove and install the blower motor resistor and blower motor on Ford Fusion?

First thing to do is to remove the lower trim panel below the glovebox. Unplug the electrical connector from the blower motor resistor. Unplug its connector then remove the mounting screws of this resistor. Take out the blower motor resistor mounting screws and then remove it from evaporator housing. Installation is reverse of removal. The first step is to remove the lower trim panel located underneath the glovebox. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector. Remove its mounting screws and take it out. Install it in reverse order.
