Q: How do you remove and install an expansion tank in a cooling system on Ford Fusion?
A: Drain the cooling system. Remove fasteners securing the coolant reservoir to the fender. Lift the tank to disconnect hoses. Clean the tank with soapy water and a brush to remove deposits. Inspect the reservoir for cracks. Replace if cracked. Installation is the reverse of removal.
