How to remove and install wiper motors,windshield washer reservoir and washer pump on Ford Fusion?

In order to remove the wiper motor if 2012 and earlier models, one has to take off the wiper arm nuts and place a mark on the wiper arm shaft then removes the both wiper arms. Next, remove the hand that is black and plastic on the cowl and then you unplug the electrical connection of the wiper motor.
