    4. Remove the camshaft sprockets, locking the camshaft in position with a special tool before loosening the sprocket bolt. Mark the camshaft cap clusters with front and rear indications for both the left and right cylinder heads. 6. Loosen the bearing cap bolts only 1/4-turn at a time, following the reverse of the tightening sequence, until they can be removed by hand. 7. Remove the caps and lift the camshaft off the cylinder head, tapping lightly under the camshaft caps if necessary. 8. Repeat this procedure for the remaining camshaft.
