How to remove a steering wheel and airbag module on Ford Edge?

To remove the airbag module, switch off the ignition and disconnect the battery. Also, center the steering wheel and release airbag module clips. You can disconnect electrical connectors and place the module in a safe location. Remove the steering wheel by removing the mounting nut and disconnecting the electrical connector. Tape the clock spring to prevent rotation. If necessary, remove the airbag clock spring by removing the steering column covers and screws. While installing, ensure the engagement of pins into holes on the rotation sensor. Tighten the screws well. Install steering column covers aligning match marks on the steering wheel with those on column covers.
