First of all, open the hood and disconnect the negative cable from the battery. Proceed to reach behind the headlight assembly and then unplug the electrical connector, employing a screwdriver to hold the clip out of the way. Also, you will be required to grasp the bulb holder and turn it counterclockwise to remove it. Lifting the holder assembly out is necessary to access the bulb. Push in and rotate bulb counterclockwise to remove it. To install it into your holder rotate it clockwise. Have your bulb holder installed in a headlight assembly.

To replace a headlight bulb, depress the release tab and pull off the electrical connector. Then, rotate the bulb holder counterclockwise. Note: If you're simply removing the headlight bulb assembly to remove the headlight housing, it's not necessary to disconnect the electrical connector.

Rotate the headlight bulb retaining ring counterclockwise and pull out the bulb socket. To remove the headlight bulb from the headlight housing, turn it counterclockwise and pull it out. On 2011 and later models, remove the headlight bulb by twisting it a small amount counterclockwise. Remove the park/turn bulb and the side marker light in the same manner.

1. Using a trim panel removal tool or a screwdriver, pry off the dome light lens. 2. Remove the bulb from the dome light assembly. When installing the new dome light bulb, make sure that it's fully seated into its two conductor/retainer clips. 3. Installation is the reverse of removal.
