Ford Excursion Evaporator

This component is known as the Evaporator and is a critical part of an A/C system of Ford Excursion vehicles is as that it is used to cool the air by the absorption of heat, turning the refrigerant from the liquid state to the vapor state. It is placed under the dash next to the heater core; the evaporator is constructed from aluminum with tubes and fins that transfer the heat from air to refrigerant. Similarly, you also get to continue evaporating the refrigerant and at the same time, it also works as a dehumider, pulling moisture out of the air and draining it out of the car. Some of the most frequent problems with evaporators are connected with their age, temperature fluctuations, or contamination; these factors cause such consequences as corrosion and unpleasant odours.
