    A: Begin by removing the negative battery cable to pull off the Timing Cover. After that, take out the oil filter after draining away the engine oil. Then, remove the water pump pulley, drivebelt, and crankshaft pulley respectively. You should also disconnect the camshaft and crankshaft sensors as well as DIS modules. Prepare all surfaces, cut two sections from new oil pan gasket apply them to oil pan using gasket contact adhesive. Use ATV sealant for sealing between oil pan and block joints while installing circular rubber seal in cutout on oil pan bottom surface. Lubricate timing chain and crankshaft front oil seal lips; apply ATV sealant to cover gasket then position it on engine. Apply ATV sealant to where Oil Pan, Block and Timing Cover meet each other. Use Teflon pipe sealant for threads' application before installing bolts so that gaskets/seals remain intact within their respective places. While aligning cover with either damper or sleeve tighten bolts finally tightening cover-to-block bolts again; this is after tightening them as necessary after aligning them with either damper or sleeve which may be necessary for proper torque application. Remove vibration damper; reinstall remaining parts in reverse order; add engine coolant & motor-oil then operate engine checking for leakage.
